WeatherBrains 120: Hurricanes ’08

Bill was most recently the Meteorologist-in-Charge of the National Weather Service Forecast Office in Houston, TX. His career has been diverse including a two-year stint with the Navy Hurricane Hunter unit. Listen in as Bill speaks openly about NHC and the challenges facing hurricane forecasters.
