Tonight’s second Guest WeatherBrain was a NOAA Hollings Scholar Class of 2016.  She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a degree double majoring in Marine Biology and French.  She will be leaving soon to be a graduate student in Scotland.  Natalie Panasiak, welcome to the show!
