WeatherBrains 97: Chat with a Chase Company

WeatherBrains Episode 97 is now online (December 3, 2007). This is THE netcast audio program for people who love everything weather. And only three more episodes until we turn 100!!

Storm Chasing Tours: Ever want to go storm chasing? Interested but think you don’t know quite enough to be safe. In the episode tonight we have a special guest from Tempest Tours, Mr. Kinny Adams. Tempest Tours has been in operation since it’s inception in 2000 with nearly the whole staff still together. Tempest Tours can make your experience really something, but maintaining safety is also paramount. The Weather Brains crew puts many questions to our special guest.

Party? Did someone say party? Brian Peters puts in a plug for weatherparty.com where lots of interesting news is posted. In fact, meteorologists are even contributing to the fashion industry.

Mailbag brought a number of notes about sporting events that have been impacted by storm events. Weather Brains will probably do another segment on this topic so keep those notes coming.

And don’t forget that the 100th episode is coming up. What are your suggestions for the show to mark this special milestone? Let us know by sending an email to question@weatherbrains.com.
