WeatherBrains 101: Warning!

WeatherBrains Episode 101 is now online (December 31, 2007). This is THE netcast audio program for people who love everything weather.

To Warn Or Not To Warn:  James Spann starts the year with a rant.  Is the weather warning system broken?  James wrote a blopost on alabamawx.com calling for the media, the National Weather Service, and the EMA community to take a look at the system and not “cry wolf”.

White Out:  David Black talks with some folks in Colorado to see how they are dealing with all the recent snow and many many travelers who are stranded in the region.

WeatherBrains Episode 100 is now online (December 24, 2007). This is THE netcast audio program for people who love everything weather. And we turn 100!!

Mr. Bill Murray joins us after a long absence as the Weather Brains crew looks back on the last 99 episodes. It has been a wild ride as we reach the 100th episode, and we look at some of what has gone on over the last two years. This includes some clips from memorable shows like episode 1.

And the mail bag has been full again. Kevin has a recap on some of what we’ve heard from you.

Plus some thoughts from the Weather Brains crew on what 2008 might bring to the field of weather.
